Refund policy

Our books are digital files that you download immediately. Under EU law the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has started, and you confirm this with a checkbox at checkout.

That said, we want you to be happy. If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not what the page described, contact us within 14 days at hello@immersaam.com and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within a few working days.
